My Biography-Part Four-Bremen & Bremahaven

When My request to go back to Oberhausen was rejected, I felt highly depressed and fed up with my studies! I decided to go to Sprottauer Str in Detmold City in North-Rheine -Westfalen state where my cousin lived with his family as a refugee to spend some weeks. In early part of 1986 I went to Bremen to visit one of my college mate,Manoharan ! Later on a sunny morning we visited the Bremerhaven(Northern sea-port in West-Germany) to see the ships enter into the harbor and leave out ! It was a niece thing to experience. The ships entered in one level of water and were taken to another water level inside the harbor by the way of pumping-in & out the water in between! When the ships left the harbor, the water level in between was raised-up to meet the sea level outside and when the ships came in the water level was raised-down to meet the sea level of the harbor inside without any serious problem!!I also visited the church in the middle of the city-center!! I returned to Dortmund after two...

My Biography -Part Three-In West Germany!

On the next day evening my relative booked a ticket to Paris on my name at a railway station where the Paris bound train stops! I could not remember the name of the railway- station now since it had happened exactly twenty -two years back in January 1985!! The train ticket to Paris was very high and I was left with hundred odd Deutschmark marks in my hands. I thought that I should spend the money thriftly. My relative helped me to board the train to Paris at the station! I thanked him for his help in an unknown land. The train moved very fast and got it's speed! I was looking out from the window seeing the beauty of West-Berlin & it's high rise buildings under sodium & neon lights without knowing how my fate was going to turn-up after some minutes from there!! When the train entered the West- German territory after passing two or three stations behind, the"Bundes -Polizei"boarded the train with sniffer dogs and asked all the Paris ticket holders of Asian origin...

My Biography-Part Two-In a Foreign land!!

On January 1985, I landed in East-Germany's capital East-Berlin via Moscow! I can not remember the date on which I landed, because it happened nearly two decades ago! From Moscow it was only an hour flight by an air-bus! The air-hostesses were seemed to be Polish girls with yellow hairs & white skin! They were very pretty and smiling at me on board since I was from an Asian origin with a black hair! They were very courteous and gave me beverages & snacks during the journey. It must be around midnight when we boarded the air-bus from Moscow.I did not change the local time in my wrist watch because I was either sleeping or thrilled by the first ever air-travel to an out side destination from Srilanka !!The pilots were announcing the local weather and time through the microphone,They also explained over which continent we were flying! It was a red lettered day in my life!I took three flights to reach my destination,East-Berlin! My agent told me earlier that crossing - over to Wes...

My Biography- Part one -My Adulthood!

I was born in 1957 in Srilanka where I grew -up under severe financial background. My father was a teacher by profession,so did the mother! Someone might think because both were employed I could have had a better life. No! It did not happened that way as I expected!! My father had also got a plot of paddy field in which he harvested paddy for our family consumption. However the marital relationship between my parents was not always in good shape. My father used to take toddy( a locally brewed alcohol obtained from Palmyra h tree)and hit my mother often!!I was helpless at that time to give protection to my mother.I was very small at that time,I also had two brothers and two sisters !!Even though the income was sufficient to look-after the family,my father always quarreled with my mother and the whole village knew this sordid affair between my parents! For the villagers,it was a niece scene but for us it was terrible nightmare! More or less he tortured my mother for not bringing dowry from m...

THE CHILDHOOD PERIOD IS THE BEST LOVABLE TIME FOR ALL CREATURES IN THE WORLD!! BUT I NEVER HAD A PLEASURABLE CHILDHOOD!! MY BIOGRAPHY WOULD REVEAL THIS TO YOU ! I AM VIVEKAA FROM SRILANKA!! I WAS NOT ALLOWED MY BY PARENTS TO PLAY WITH MY VILLAGE PEERS. MY FATHER ALWAYS BEAT ME AND MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS! I ALWAYS SAW HIM BRINGING A CANE TO PUNISH US! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR ALL OF US!! WHAT WE EXPERIENCED WAS BEATINGS AND REPRIMANDS FROM MY FATHER. SOMETIMES I URINATED WHEN HE BEAT ME AND WAS HIGHLY DEPRESSED!! MY FATHER OFTEN BROUGHT SERVANT GIRLS AND BOYS TO OUR HOUSE TO DO THE HOUSEHOLD CHORES. I WORKED AS A CHILD LABOR IN A TOBACCO RELATED INDUSTRY WHEN I WAS EIGHT YEAR S OLD!I WAS MADE TO ROLL THE CIGARS FOR MEN WHO WORKED AS CIGAR ROLLERS. THEY USUALLY BEAT ME IF I DID NOT ROLL THE CIGARS VERY PROPERLY. I WORKED FOR AN YEAR AND PLEADED TO MY MOTHER THAT I MUST NOT BE SENT FOR THAT JOB AGAIN.YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE CROSS- LEGGED AND SIT UPRIGHT FOR HOURS TO GET THE CIGAR LEAVE FROM...
